DESCRIPTION:Ozaukee Nonprofit Center is excited to announce the return of the "Ozaukee Impact Awards" an award ceremony that celebrates the individuals\, groups\, and companies that epitomize the spirit of giving in 2025. During this special luncheon\, the Ozaukee Impact Awards will seek to recognize local change-makers and the impact they have had on our community over the last year. \n\n \n\nNominations are now open for the Ozaukee Impact Awards luncheon\, which will be held on Wednesday\, August 20th\, 2025\, from 12 -1:30 p.m. The community is invited to make a nomination in any or all of the following award categories: \n\n \n\nCommunity Collaboration of the Year: Recognizes two or more volunteer groups or nonprofit organizations that collaborated on a local initiative or project that made an impact within the community.\n\n \n\nCommunity Stewardship of the Year: Honors a corporation or business entity that has made a substantial impact in the community through monetary or in-kind donations\, sponsorships\, or employee volunteer programs.\n\n \n\nNonprofit Emerging Leader of the Year: Recognizes an individual who is an early or mid-career nonprofit professional who demonstrates a strong sense of vision\, passion\, and commitment to the community.\n\n \n\nNonprofit of the Year: Acknowledges an outstanding nonprofit organization for its service and mission-based success in 2025.\n\n \n\nVolunteer of the Year: A volunteer who consistently went above and beyond this year in lending their time and expertise to a nonprofit organization.\n\n \n\nSpecial consideration for the 2025 Impact Awards will be given to Ozaukee Nonprofit Center Member Organizations\, where applicable. Winners from the 2024 Ozaukee Impact Awards will not be eligible to receive the same award two years in a row\, but may be nominated in another category. \n\n \n\nNominees will be contacted ahead of the awards ceremony to confirm participation and complete a short questionnaire. Nominees who submit the questionnaire will be featured on the Ozaukee Nonprofit Center website before the event.\n\n \n\nNominations close June 18\, 2025\, at midnight.
